He should be put in The Hall.
However, his legacy should read,
...Accomplishments, blah blah blah, and end like this...
These accomplishments speak to a brilliant career, but Rose's gambling kept him out of The Hall-Of-Fame for many years, and he is still banned from ever participating in Baseball again.
Or something like that.

Fuck that...He should get the respect he gets as a player..he surely deserves a spot in cooperstown!!-- he is truely a hall of fame baseball player regardless of his gambling past.
